Editorial Policy

Authors must confirm that articles submitted to JSACT have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration by other journals. Manuscripts should not be simultaneously submitted elsewhere while under review at JSACT. All content must be original and free from plagiarism or copyright violations. The Editors retain the right to reject articles that do not meet the necessary quality standards.
